We thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a nice enough area, just off a nice area. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Cottages at Seventh. The staff was ready to assist, very helpful and friendly people.

The staff was friendly and not intrusive. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to many restaurants and mini golf. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The staff is friendly and the indoor and outdoor heated pools are a great feature for guests to enjoy.

There were some issues with the rental office, including rude and unhelpful staff. There were also problems with the amenities, such as broken TV's, faulty can openers, and dimming lights.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach. We loved being so close to the ocean and having easy access to the pools. The apartment itself was beautiful and had a great view from the balcony. The people at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

The showers had mold, the carpets were stained, and the beach furniture was rusty. Additionally, there were not enough bath towels and the kitchen was not well-stocked.

The location of Mar Vista Grande By Palmetto Vacation Rentals was absolutely amazing. Being able to have easy access to the beach and enjoy the beautiful pools and hot tubs was a highlight of our stay. The common areas were always kept clean and the parking garage felt safe. We also loved the layout of our room, it was spacious and comfortable. The lady who ran the tiki bar was fantastic, she was so efficient and friendly, making our experience even better. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Although we had a great time, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. when we first arrived, the air conditioner in our room was not working and it took a day and a half to get it fixed.

We loved the pool/beach setup, Tiki Bar, location, and big dining room table for meals. The apartment was beautiful and the people were super nice all week. The property had an amazing view from the balcony and an excellent location with easy access to the beach. The facility was lovely, with quiet and refreshing pools, including a covered one.

Great Christmas Experience!

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation with my family! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the spacious bedrooms of the property. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Another advantage was the excellent service provided by the staff, who were friendly and always willing to help. we had a great time!

Although we had a good experience, we encountered some maintenance issues during our stay. The carpet was dirty and the hardwood had some visible dirt on it.

The pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and gorgeous beach were awesome. The staff at Mar Vista Grande Palmetto were very nice and took pride in their work. The location was great, with a beautiful, wide, and flat beach. The facility was lovely and not too crowded. We loved running in the mornings and enjoyed the quiet and refreshing pools, especially the covered one. It was the perfect getaway!
